Bello quando il mare

tocca il cielo

e il mio sguardo 

è parte dell'incanto,

uno coi colori di cristallo

scelti all'Eterno 

per la Terra.

L'anima diventa 

una farfalla

dalle ali enormi 

fatte d'aria

lievi sul respiro 

della brezza.

Forse la preghiera

è la bellezza

attraverso gli occhi 

del cuore.

How beautiful it is 

when the sea

touches the sky

and my gaze 

is part of the enchantment,

at one 

with the crystalline colors

chosen by the Eternal 

for the Earth.

The soul becomes 

a butterfly

with enormous wings 

made of air,

light on the breath 

of the breeze.

Perhaps prayer

is beauty

seen through the eyes 

of the heart.
